ZEMPOALA, Hgo.- (Enero 22, 2008) La cobertura educativa de primaria y secundaria está garantizada al 90 por ciento en la entidad hidalguense, habiéndose registrado un incremento de tres a 12 puntos de 2006 a 2007.
Natalio Dario Cano, subsecretario de Educación Básica y Normal, de la Secretaría de Educación Pública de Hidalgo, explicó que la diferencia en el porcentaje es ocasionado por la pobreza que radica en las zonas de alta y muy alta marginación, ya que los niños tienen que trabajar a muy temprana hora de sus vidas o, en el peor de los casos, tienen que emigrar para buscar mejorar sus condiciones de vida.
Respecto a la deserción escolar, ésta pasó de 0.2 a 0.4 por ciento en el mismo periodo, lo cual se mantiene en niveles bajos.
Sin embargo, los resultados sobre la eficiencia educativa son más alentadores.
“En cuanto a la eficiencia terminal, los resultados son muy buenos”, aseveró el jefe educativo, durante una gira realizada en este municipio.
